- ⢠The Manager, In-Home Service Network Optimization is a strategic business operations role responsible for maximizing the performance and efficiency of Assurantās In-Home Field Service Network through data-driven decision making, platform configuration, and continuous improvement initiatives. This role ensures alignment between vendor performance, customer satisfaction, and organizational goals by leveraging Six Sigma methodologies and quantitative analysis to drive operational excellence.
- ⢠The incumbent will lead market-level optimization strategies by partnering with high-volume service providers to meet performance expectations, analyze network coverage and partner effectiveness, and collaborate with internal teams including Network Capacity, Network Analytics, and Claims Management to support strategic execution and course correction.
- ⢠Reporting to the Director, Network Capacity, this position operates within Assurantās Network Operations team, contributing to a culture of innovation and service excellence as part of a Fortune 500 global business services company that protects and connects major consumer purchases across 21 countries.
- ⢠The role offers the opportunity to develop expertise in service network optimization, Six Sigma, project management, and cross-functional leadership while driving measurable improvements in partner performance, customer experience, and operational efficiency.
- ⢠Key responsibilities include implementing market-level success strategies via top-volume service providers to align with performance expectations and customer satisfaction goals for both Assurant and vendor partners; analyzing performance and market coverage of high-volume partners using quantitative methods to identify trends, gaps, and improvement opportunities; collaborating with internal teams (Network Capacity, Network Analytics, Claims Management) to support strategic roadmap execution and course correction; leading and supporting continuous improvement initiatives using Six Sigma and project management methodologies; and partnering with leadership to align kaizen priorities with organizational strategy and foster a culture of operational excellence.
šÆ Requirements
- ⢠Bachelorās degree in business, supply chain, operations, or a related field
- ⢠Minimum 5 years of experience in partner/vendor management, service delivery, or operations
- ⢠Demonstrated success in applying Six Sigma and project management principles
- ⢠Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proven experience in data-driven decision making
- ⢠Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities with a track record of collaborating across cross-functional teams
- ⢠Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and data analysis tools
- ⢠Willingness to travel up to 20%
