📋 Description

• As a Senior Supply Chain Manager at Samsara Inc., you will serve as the primary US-based representative bridging operations between the US and Taiwan-based Supply Chain teams, ensuring 24-hour continuity and supporting critical supply chain functions that directly impact Samsara’s ability to deliver IoT solutions powering global physical operations.
• Day to day, you will oversee inbound supply chain execution including forecast releases, PR/PO processing, and logistics coordination; manage VMI and HEM supply; drive production and material optimization through BOM elasticity and MRD reporting; implement ECO changes; resolve supply constraints via cross-functional technical coordination; and communicate insights to executive leadership through formal presentations.

• In this role, you will develop expertise in global supply chain orchestration, executive-level stakeholder communication, and ERP/PLM/ASCP systems while contributing to Samsara’s mission of digitizing physical operations at scale—positioning yourself for accelerated career growth in a high-growth, innovative environment.

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in supply chain execution including direct supplier management, material/manufacturing capacity planning, and refurbishment
• Proficiency in managing CTB reports, OPO backlog tracking, and material shortage mitigation
• Strong working knowledge of ERP, PLM, and ASCP systems with familiarity in BOM management, costing, and ECO processes
• Proven ability to consolidate supply elasticity data and deliver high-level analytics to executive leadership
• Exceptional cross-functional communication skills with experience implementing programs across diverse stakeholder groups
• Highly organized with strong prioritization, delegation, and risk mitigation skills in fast-paced, high-growth environments
• Fluency in Mandarin (Traditional/Taiwanese) is a plus for international stakeholder engagement

• Annual base salary range of $111,562 to $150,000 USD
