- • Operations Associate at Veloq, the software platform powering next-generation grocery fulfilment, born from Rohlik Group’s proprietary technology and operational excellence across five European markets. This role is central to enabling Veloq’s mission to empower grocers to transform warehouse operations and scale same-day e-grocery offerings globally.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include providing executive support to the CEO (travel coordination, meeting logistics, brief preparation, action tracking), managing business operations (contracts, invoicing, vendor relationships, compliance with finance/HR/legal), coordinating events and trade fairs (logistics, booth setup, travel, materials), maintaining internal systems and tools (project management stack, SOPs, communication platforms), and supporting people operations (onboarding new hires, culture initiatives).
- • Veloq is a lean, fast-scaling technology company spun out of Rohlik Group, serving 850,000+ customers across Europe with proven scalable technology. The team operates with high autonomy, direct access to leadership, and a mission to build a category-defining company from the ground up.
- • In this role, you will gain end-to-end ownership of operational functions, develop expertise in scaling startup infrastructure, build cross-functional influence with finance, HR, and legal teams, and grow your impact in a high-visibility position with direct access to the CEO and equity in a high-growth venture.
🎯 Requirements
- • 3+ years in an operations, EA, or people operations role in a startup or high-growth environment
- • Exceptionally organised with high attention to detail and able to prioritise ruthlessly
- • Natural problem-solver: you fix things before being asked
- • Comfortable managing up and across in a senior stakeholder environment
- • Proficient in project management tools and eager to leverage AI to improve team productivity
- • Fluent English; based in Prague
