- • The Manager, Information Technology leads a team of IT professionals to align technology solutions with business goals, ensuring compliance with architectural standards and driving value through strategic planning and execution.
- • Day to day, the role involves managing IT staff, setting performance goals, providing technical guidance, overseeing project delivery, evaluating technology platforms for reliability and security, liaising with business stakeholders, managing vendor relationships, and developing short- and long-term technology plans.

🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science or related field or equivalent years of relevant work experience
- • Minimum of three (3) years of IT Lead or Management experience
- • Minimum of three (3) years of relevant IT experience
- • Experience translating business requirements into technical specifications (preferred)
- • Project planning and project management experience (preferred)
- • Technical teaching skills or experience (preferred)
