- • As Manager, Insider Threat Services at The Allstate Corporation, you will lead the execution and continuous improvement of insider risk detection capabilities, ensuring analytic efforts align with detection priorities established by the Insider Threat Director. This role is critical to protecting Allstate’s people, data, and assets from internal risks by driving a cross-functional strategy focused on detection, investigation, response, and mitigation of insider threats.
- • Day to day, you will identify systemic risk patterns and recommend preventive or mitigating controls to reduce insider threat exposure; lead and develop a team of service analysts, fostering analytic rigor, curiosity, and continuous improvement; ensure analytics operations comply with legal, regulatory, and policy requirements including data minimization, access controls, and auditability; maintain documentation for detection logic, thresholds, and analytic methodologies to support transparency and defensibility; and continuously refine analytics based on investigation outcomes and emerging threat behaviors.
- • You will be part of the Insider Threat Investigations & Analytics Team within Allstate’s cybersecurity organization, a forward-thinking team dedicated to safeguarding the company against evolving internal threats through advanced analytics, behavioral monitoring, and investigative excellence. - • In this role, you will develop deep expertise in insider threat program management, strengthen your leadership and people development skills, gain exposure to enterprise-wide risk analytics and compliance frameworks (NIST, ISO 27001, GDPR), and drive operational excellence in threat detection — positioning yourself as a strategic leader in cyber risk mitigation within a Fortune 500 company.
🎯 Requirements
- • 5+ years of experience in insider threat programs, cybersecurity investigations, or risk analytics
- • Proven leadership experience managing multidisciplinary teams
- • Strong knowledge of data analytics, behavioral monitoring, and investigation techniques
- • Familiarity with regulatory frameworks (e.g., NIST, ISO 27001, GDPR)
