• • The Manager - Instructional Designer L&D role at Riveron Consulting, LLC is critical for designing and developing engaging, learner-centered training programs that align with business goals and drive performance across digital and blended learning environments.
• • Day to day, the role involves leading end-to-end learning solution design, conducting training needs analysis, creating storyboards and instructional design documents, collaborating with SMEs to simplify complex content, guiding eLearning developers and graphic designers, applying models like ADDIE and SAM, ensuring learning effectiveness through evaluation, and mentoring junior instructional designers while managing multiple concurrent projects.
