- • The Manager, IT Compliance role is critical to ensuring Arch Investments Group Ltd maintains robust IT controls and compliance frameworks, directly supporting the company’s mission to enable possibility through secure, reliable technology operations.
- • Day to day, the role involves working with IT process owners to identify, improve, and document controls for applications, security, and infrastructure; facilitating communication between control owners and internal/external audit teams; managing and reporting on IT control gaps; leading the design and implementation of efficient controls; participating in data privacy governance activities such as data mapping and assessments; managing responses to IT-related customer security assessments; proactively identifying control gaps with a focus on automation; and overseeing the access recertification process.
- • The IT Compliance team collaborates closely with the CISO and Director of IT Security, liaising with IT and business stakeholders to uphold compliance with SOX, SOC 2, PCI-DSS, ISO 27001, and NYDFS Cybersecurity Regulation, operating within a culture of collaboration, expertise, and innovation that drives client and employee success.
- • In this role, the individual will develop deep expertise in IT governance, risk, and compliance frameworks; enhance leadership and change management skills by operating as a transformative change agent; gain experience influencing cross-functional teams at all levels; and build proficiency in automating control reviews and managing complex audit engagements in a highly regulated financial services environment.
🎯 Requirements
- • 5+ years of combined experience in Information Systems audit, IT security, IT governance, IT risk, and IT compliance
- • In-depth knowledge and experience with Sarbanes-Oxley, PCI-DSS, ISO 27001, SOC 2, and the NYDFS Cybersecurity Regulation
- • Working knowledge of Windows Operating System and Active Directory Security including Users and Groups, Group Policy, Domain Structures, Security and Auditing
- • Working knowledge of agile development methodology
- • Working knowledge of DevOps practices and technologies
- • Demonstrated ability to balance short-term tactical wins with longer-term strategic solutions
