- • As the Manager of the Law Enforcement Response Team at xAI Corporation, you will lead a global team responsible for processing sensitive legal requests from intake to resolution, ensuring compliance with evolving regulations while driving operational efficiency and innovation.
- • You will oversee end-to-end workflows, manage high-volume case processing, mentor and develop team members, lead hiring initiatives, and foster accountability and continuous improvement in a dynamic legal and technological landscape.

- • In this role, you will develop strategic initiatives to enhance team performance, implement AI-driven automation with engineering and data science teams, represent the company in external engagements such as law enforcement interactions or testimony, and grow your expertise in global compliance, privacy law, and AI-augmented legal operations.
🎯 Requirements
- • Master’s degree or equivalent in business, criminal justice, political science, law, international relations, or a related field.
- • 10+ years of experience in law enforcement response, trust and safety, compliance, or legal operations.
- • 5+ years of people management experience, including leading global or distributed teams.
- • Fluency in written and spoken English, with exceptional judgment, strategic thinking, detail orientation, and strong communication and analytical skills.
- • Experience with legal request processing, scaling operations, policy development, and data analysis using tools like Excel, Google Sheets, or Tableau.
- • Availability for on-call rotations, including weekends, and ability to pass a background check; must meet ITAR requirements (U.S. citizen, national, lawful permanent resident, refugee, asylee, or eligible for authorization).
