You will map the org-chart of each account, identify budget owners, and translate their business objectives into bespoke media solutions that span television, digital video, and immersive ad formats across the 750-million-viewer network.
- • Build and maintain a living, data-driven sales pipeline that is always 3× your quarterly quota. You will forecast weekly, flag risks early, and present mitigation plans to leadership before shortfalls appear. CRM hygiene, stage-gate compliance, and transparent reporting are non-negotiable habits.
- • Become the market’s go-to authority on India’s rapidly evolving digital ecosystem. You will track CPG consumption trends, FMCG seasonal spikes, e-commerce co-op opportunities, and emerging retail media networks so that every client conversation is anchored in real-time insight rather than generic pitches.
- • Function as a strategic brand consultant, not just a media seller. You will co-create annual joint-business plans with CMOs and media directors, embedding Jiostar at the heart of their 360-degree campaigns. Expect to quarterback cross-functional squads—creative, insights, product, ad-ops—to deliver turnkey solutions that move market share, not just GRPs.
- • Drive thought-leadership moments that elevate both client and Jiostar brands: co-author white-papers, host CPG round-tables, pilot first-to-market ad innovations, and convert success stories into award entries and press coverage. Your case studies will become the blueprint for scaling best practices across other verticals.
- • Execute flawless deal governance from RFP to post-campaign analysis. You will craft proposals that balance price, inventory, and added value; negotiate annual rate cards; secure IOs; and ensure delivery, optimization, and reconciliation are completed ahead of schedule and above benchmark KPIs.
- • Deepen client intimacy through quarterly business reviews, immersive studio visits, and executive offsites. You will surface voice-of-customer insights that feed directly into product road-maps, ensuring Jiostar’s ad-tech stack stays ahead of CPG marketers’ ever-changing needs.
- • Champion an inclusive, high-integrity sales culture. You will mentor junior reps by sharing pitch frameworks, objection-handling playbooks, and negotiation tactics, while upholding Jiostar’s zero-tolerance stance on discrimination and championing accessibility in every client solution.
- • Leverage advanced analytics to prove ROI. You will translate BARC, Comscore, and first-party data into compelling narratives that justify premium pricing, secure incremental budgets, and unlock multi-year commitments—even in volatile economic cycles.
- • Stay relentlessly curious. Whether it’s shoppable TV, AI-generated creative, or sustainability storytelling, you will pilot beta products with willing clients, turning early adoption into competitive advantage and revenue growth.
