- • As a Manager, Learning & Development at Crete Professionals Alliance, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the professional growth of over 1,000 accounting professionals across a rapidly expanding national platform, directly contributing to the firm’s mission of delivering Big Four-caliber capabilities to local firms through scalable, role-based learning pathways.
- • You will design and implement comprehensive learning programs that bridge technical accounting expertise with practical application, ensuring associates progress confidently toward partner readiness while supporting seamless integration of newly acquired firms into the Crete PA ecosystem.
- • You will join a dynamic, PE-backed organization founded in 2023 that has already partnered with 23 leading accounting firms and is backed by Thrive Capital and Bessemer Venture Partners, operating with a mission to invest $500M over two years in AI-driven firm acquisitions and technological enablement.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities will include designing role-based learning pathways from Associate to Partner across Tax, Audit, CAS, Advisory, and Operations; collaborating with Subject Matter Experts to transform complex technical knowledge into engaging, structured learning content such as playbooks, case studies, simulations, and learning guides; building and maintaining learning paths within the LCvista LMS, including uploading internal and third-party content from providers like Becker, LinkedIn Learning, and LumiQ; aligning learning initiatives with performance cycles, competency frameworks, and promotion readiness to support career progression; facilitating knowledge capture sessions with partners and senior leaders to document firm best practices; tracking participation and adoption metrics across firms to analyze effectiveness and recommend continuous improvements; supporting onboarding and learning integration for newly acquired firms; and ensuring HRIS (UKG) data synchronization for accurate learning path assignments.
- • You will work within a fast-growing, innovative accounting platform that combines local firm autonomy with national-scale resources, where your contributions will directly impact capability development, retention, and leadership pipeline strength across 25+ regional offices and offshore operations in Asia.
- • In this role, you will gain deep exposure to enterprise-level learning strategy in a high-growth professional services environment, develop expertise in translating niche accounting technical knowledge into scalable learning experiences, and build a portfolio of impactful instructional design work that supports firm-wide capability development and partner readiness programs—positioning you as a strategic L&D leader within one of the nation’s fastest-growing accounting platforms.
