• • Manager - Learning & Development role at Riveron Consulting, LLC in India, responsible for establishing and leading a newly formed L&D team to design, develop, and implement impactful learning solutions aligned with business strategy.
• • Day-to-day responsibilities include building and leading a high-performing L&D team of instructional designers, developers, QA analysts, and implementation specialists; defining L&D strategy and roadmap aligned with organizational goals; overseeing end-to-end learning solution design and delivery; driving scalable content production; establishing processes, frameworks, and quality standards; managing stakeholder relationships across business units; monitoring program effectiveness through learning analytics and metrics; driving innovation in digital, blended, and experiential learning; managing budgets, vendor relationships, and resource planning; and supporting scaling of the L&D operating model.
