📋 Description

• • Manager - Legal role at Riveron Consulting, LLC in India, responsible for leading compliance functions and serving as a key legal business partner to client engagement leadership, HR, Talent Acquisition, and other internal teams.
• • Day-to-day responsibilities include drafting, reviewing, and negotiating client engagement letters and professional services agreements; managing litigation claims and reporting; providing legal advice to managing directors on client engagement and business development; drafting new hire offer letters and employment agreements; supporting HR and Talent Acquisition teams; advising on employment law matters; providing internal legal support on acquisitions and strategic transactions; collaborating with Chief Legal Officer and Deputy General Counsel on insurance, real estate, and intellectual property matters; managing international vendor compliance policies including KYC, due diligence, entity registration, and licensing; assisting Finance with client payment communications; and traveling minimally (less than 10%).
