- • Own the entire marketing strategy lifecycle for Star Maa and JioHotstar, translating high-level business goals into crisp, audience-centric campaigns that reach 750 million weekly viewers across India’s most dynamic entertainment ecosystem.
- • Act as the single-threaded owner between Marketing, Creative, Programming, Digital, and on-platform teams, ensuring every asset—from 6-second bumper to 360-degree launch blitz—speaks in one unmistakable brand voice that resonates with Telugu-speaking audiences.
- • Define show positioning and set measurable marketing objectives (awareness, intent, conversion, retention) for every premiere, season finale, tent-pole event, and brand partnership; translate these into razor-sharp creative briefs that inspire award-winning work.
- • Design and run always-on paid media experiments across Meta, Google Ads, DV360, and emerging programmatic channels; lead A/B testing roadmaps that continuously lift CTR, VTR, cost-per-install, and lifetime value while feeding learnings back into creative and content teams.
- • Build and manage campaign calendars that synchronize ATL (TV, print, OOH), BTL (on-ground, micro-marketing), and digital touchpoints; ensure every asset is delivered on time, on brand, and on budget—even when launch dates shift at the last minute.
- • Track real-time performance dashboards for both JioHotstar app and Star Maa linear channel; set aggressive targets, conduct post-campaign evaluations, and present actionable insights to leadership within 24 hours of campaign wrap.
- • Identify automation opportunities—dynamic creative optimization, rule-based bidding, audience suppression lists—that free up human hours for higher-order storytelling and strategic thinking.
- • Champion Telugu culture, language, and sensibilities in every brief, ensuring scripts, visuals, and activations feel native and authentic rather than translated or transcreated.
- • Navigate a complex matrix organization with confidence, influencing stakeholders who don’t report to you and securing buy-in from creative directors, programming heads, finance, and legal—all while keeping the consumer at the center of every decision.
- • Stay ahead of pop-culture and new-media trends—whether it’s a viral Reel sound, a regional meme, or the next big OTT format—and rapidly convert these insights into first-mover campaigns that keep Star Maa and JioHotstar culturally relevant.
- • Mentor junior strategists and interns, creating reusable playbooks, templates, and learning sessions that scale institutional knowledge across the channel marketing team.
- • Contribute to annual brand planning, budget allocation, and revenue forecasting; translate fandom into measurable business impact that secures continued investment in Telugu content.
