📋 Description
- • As Manager, Occupational Health & Safety at Remote, you will lead a team of OHS specialists and Lifecycle coordinators, owning planning, implementation, and service delivery to ensure a safe and healthy work environment for Remote employees and clients across multiple international jurisdictions.
- • Day to day, you will serve as a subject matter expert and escalation point for OHS topics, provide coaching and development to direct reports, manage recruitment and training of the regional team, collaborate across Operations, Product, Engineering, Legal, and Customer Success to enhance workflows and SOPs, and oversee vendor invoicing and billing for Lifecycle Operations with a focus on accuracy and timeliness.
