🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor's degree in mathematics, statistics, actuarial science, or a related quantitative field.
- • Associate of the Society of Actuaries (ASA) or Fellow of the Society of Actuaries (FSA) certification awarded by the Society of Actuaries, and Member of the American Academy of Actuaries (MAAA).
- • Minimum of five years of progressive actuarial experience, with a strong emphasis on pricing, reserving, and financial analysis.
- • Minimum of two years of leadership or management experience, demonstrating the ability to guide and develop a team.
- • Experience with rate filings, annual bid filings, monthly reserving, capitation, budgeting, and forecasting.
