📋 Description

• • The Manager of Client Coding Integration is responsible for assisting in the development and evolution of the overall strategy for Ensemble Coding Operations, including client onboarding, provider clinical documentation improvement, operational coding processes, and customer coding relationship management.
• • Day-to-day responsibilities include setting goals for team members, ensuring adherence to policies, collaborating with practice leadership and PRC Coding Operations, facilitating client engagement in coding reporting, maintaining client-provider relationships, supporting strategic initiatives, managing operational challenges, contributing to innovation and knowledge sharing, delivering coding training, and supporting performance reviews.
