• • Aledade is seeking a highly motivated and analytical Manager of Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) to join our dynamic team. This pivotal role will be instrumental in shaping the financial future of our organization by leading comprehensive planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes. You will serve as a strategic financial partner to various departments, providing critical insights and recommendations to ensure Aledade achieves its ambitious financial goals and Key Results (KRs).
• • In this capacity, you will be responsible for the meticulous management of Aledade's Cost of Service, Operating Expenses (OpEx), and headcount planning. This encompasses monthly, quarterly, annual, and multi-year financial cycles, demanding a robust understanding of financial modeling and strategic foresight. Your expertise will be crucial in driving accurate expense forecasting, developing sound capital plans, and conducting thorough cash flow analyses. The ultimate objective is to ensure Aledade consistently meets its Earnings Before Interest, Taxes, Depreciation, and Amortization (EBITDA) targets, achieves its cash objectives, and drives overall company performance.
• • A core aspect of this role involves translating complex financial data into clear, actionable insights. You will be expected to present these findings and strategic recommendations to senior leadership, including the Board of Directors. This requires not only exceptional analytical skills but also strong communication and presentation abilities, enabling you to effectively influence decision-making at the highest levels of the organization.
• • You will collaborate closely with departmental leaders to understand their operational needs and financial drivers, translating these into accurate and reliable financial plans. • • The Manager of FP&A will also be responsible for developing and maintaining sophisticated financial models that support scenario planning, sensitivity analysis, and long-range financial projections. This includes refining existing models and building new ones as business needs evolve, ensuring Aledade has the tools necessary to navigate a complex and rapidly changing market landscape.
• • Furthermore, you will play a key role in the monthly and quarterly close processes, performing variance analysis to understand deviations from budget and forecast. You will identify key drivers of performance, communicate these findings to stakeholders, and recommend corrective actions where necessary. This proactive approach to financial management is vital for maintaining financial discipline and achieving strategic objectives.
