• • As Manager of Internal Audit & Compliance at RingCentral, you will lead the execution of global audit strategy in a high-growth tech environment, serving as a player-coach responsible for SOX 404 compliance, Enterprise Risk Management, and modernizing audit workflows through AI and automation.
• • Day to day, you will manage the end-to-end global SOX program, drive ERM initiatives, lead operational and strategic audits, partner with cross-functional teams on risk assessments, prepare board-level reports, and mentor a geographically dispersed team of audit professionals.
