This pivotal role is designed for a strategic thinker with a strong analytical and data-driven approach, ready to make a significant impact on learner acquisition and engagement.
- • You will own the end-to-end development and implementation of sophisticated marketing strategies, focusing on converting prospects into enrolled learners. This involves crafting compelling campaigns across various channels, ensuring a seamless and effective journey for potential students.
- • A key responsibility will be to manage the strategy, planning, testing, and analysis of triggered, automated, and ad hoc campaigns. These efforts will span multiple audience segments, including B2C (direct-to-consumer), B2U (university partners), B2K12 (high school audience), and other assigned segments, ensuring tailored messaging and optimized performance for each.
- • You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Learner Facing, Product, Brand Marketing, Marketing Analytics, Reporting, and IT. This collaboration is crucial for building integrated strategic and tactical roadmaps that align with broader business objectives and deliver measurable results.
- • The role requires a deep understanding of marketing automation platforms, particularly Salesforce Marketing Cloud, and the ability to leverage its capabilities to unlock new functionalities and enhance campaign performance. You will partner with the IT implementation team to drive the roadmap for these platform enhancements.
- • You will be responsible for developing and executing ongoing optimization testing across all areas of responsibility. This includes implementing A/B and multi-variant testing strategies to continuously improve campaign effectiveness, user experience, and conversion rates.
- • A critical aspect of this role is to integrate marketing efforts with brand initiatives, organic social media, and paid channels. The goal is to create a cohesive and consistent omnichannel messaging experience that enhances the prospect journey and drives conversions.
- • You will also play a role in ensuring consistent omnichannel messaging across different teams within the Sophia Learning unit, fostering a unified brand voice and learner experience.
- • Staying ahead of evolving privacy laws and regulatory impacts relevant to marketing automation and data handling will be essential. You will ensure all campaigns and programs are compliant and ethically managed.
- • This role involves managing and mentoring the email marketing coordinator, ensuring the accurate and efficient building and execution of all email campaigns.
- • You will leverage data analytics to identify key business performance insights and trends. The ability to translate complex data into actionable recommendations and communicate these findings clearly to internal stakeholders and business leaders is paramount.
- • You will be tasked with drafting creative briefs and collaborating with internal and external creative teams to develop engaging campaign assets that resonate with target audiences.
- • The role demands a self-motivated individual who can effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment. You must be adept at problem-solving, detail-oriented, and know when to seek clarity or escalate concerns.
- • You will contribute to the optimization of landing pages and user funnels, ensuring a smooth and intuitive experience for prospects navigating the Sophia Learning website and marketing touchpoints.
- • The ability to analyze and present data and findings clearly, concisely, and accurately, drawing meaningful conclusions and actionable recommendations, is a core requirement.
- • You will be expected to communicate effectively, both upwards to management and downwards to team members, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
- • This position offers the opportunity to work with an industry-leading provider of accessible and affordable online education, contributing directly to the growth and success of Sophia Learning.
