- • As the Manager of Professional Services at Axon Enterprise, Inc., you will lead a team responsible for delivering successful implementations of Axon’s products, including Axon Evidence, associated software, and hardware sensors, ensuring solutions are deployed smoothly and aligned with customer operational needs.
- • Day to day, you will guide, mentor, and develop the Service Delivery Team, manage resources and workloads, lead complex enterprise-grade deployments, collaborate with business and IT stakeholders, maintain technical expertise in Axon’s ecosystem, document customer feedback for product improvement, and contribute to strategic planning for service enhancements.

The team operates with candor, care, and collaboration, valuing diverse perspectives and fostering a fast-paced, meaningful work environment where ownership and real change are encouraged.
- • In this role, you will develop leadership and strategic planning skills, deepen your expertise in SaaS and hardware implementations, enhance stakeholder management capabilities, and drive process improvements that impact customer success and team performance across the UK and Ireland.
🎯 Requirements
- • Proven experience in managing teams with strong leadership skills to guide and develop talent in a dynamic environment.
- • Demonstrated project management expertise, including resource tracking and the ability to implement, drive, and track multiple simultaneous projects with strong problem-solving skills.
- • Solid understanding of Axon’s solutions and products, including their strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats; law enforcement experience is considered an asset but not mandatory.
- • Comfort with basic networking concepts and mobile applications, combined with the ability to troubleshoot effectively.
- • Bachelor’s degree in Management, Business, Information Technology, Information Systems, or applicable Technical Engineering (e.g., Computer Science, Software Engineering), or equivalent experience.
- • Willingness to travel approximately 40% within the United Kingdom and Ireland, with occasional international travel.
