• • The Manager of Revenue Cycle oversees the Central Business Office (CBO) for all aspects of the revenue cycle, ensuring accurate billing, collections, denial management, payment integrity, cash posting, and insurance verification across Pyramid Healthcare’s facilities. This role is critical to maintaining financial health and operational efficiency in a healthcare organization dedicated to addiction treatment, mental health recovery, and eating disorder treatment.
• • Day-to-day responsibilities include managing the billing process and timelines, researching and resolving billing discrepancies, implementing internal controls and standardized policies, preparing financial reports (daily, weekly, monthly, year-end), overseeing vendor relationships, communicating with insurance providers on claim disputes, and collaborating with senior management on claim profitability by payer. The role also involves leading the CBO team through hiring, training, evaluations, and performance management.
