📋 Description

• • As Manager, Operations Management, KYX at Tide Platform Limited, you will be the engine room of vendor operations, ensuring high-quality delivery from KYC partners while maintaining seamless procurement workflows to support SME banking services.
• • Day to day, you will act as the key point of contact for KYC vendors, track performance against SLAs and KPIs, lead incident escalation and post-mortems, manage contract renewals and onboarding, oversee invoicing and cost tracking, and coordinate across Product, Legal, Finance, Risk & Compliance teams to streamline operations.
