Manager, Order Processing and Deal Desk

📋 Description

• • Manager, Order Processing and Deal Desk role is central to scaling quote-to-cash operations, ensuring quote and order accuracy, protecting revenue, and enabling Sales teams at Everfox, a leader in defense-grade cyber security technology protecting critical data and networks.
• • Day to day: Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Pricing Desk and Order Processing analysts; oversee Pricing Desk operations including maintaining the Pricing Desk Manual and delivering expert quoting support; manage Order Processing workflows by reviewing Purchase Orders for accuracy and initiating handoff to Oracle for invoicing; cross-train as backup Deal Desk resource evaluating non-standard opportunities for proper revenue recognition; design, document, and implement repeatable, scalable processes across quoting, order validation, booking, and Deal Desk reviews; monitor performance metrics, identify bottlenecks, and lead continuous improvement initiatives while collaborating with Finance, Legal, Revenue Accounting, and Sales Operations.
