📋 Description

• Manager, Paid Media role at Airwallex to drive global demand generation through data-driven paid media campaigns across search, social, and display channels.
• Day-to-day responsibilities include developing and executing multi-channel paid media strategies, owning budget planning and pacing, building and optimizing campaigns end-to-end, monitoring performance, ensuring proper tracking and attribution, and collaborating with Creative, Analytics, Product Marketing, and RevOps teams.
• Airwallex is a unified payments and financial platform valued at US$8 billion, serving over 200,000 global businesses with a team of 2,200+ across 26 offices, backed by top-tier investors including Sequoia, Visa, and Salesforce Ventures.
• The role offers opportunity to build frameworks and best practices for global demand generation, work with high-visibility campaigns, and grow expertise in performance marketing within a fast-paced, mission-driven tech environment.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience managing paid media programs in B2B SaaS, fintech, or e-commerce environments
• Deep hands-on expertise in Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Meta Ads
• Proven success optimizing campaigns for pipeline, ROI, and LTV:CAC efficiency
• Strong analytical skills; comfortable using Excel/Sheets, Looker, Tableau, or GA4 to analyze campaign data
• Experience with marketing automation and CRM systems (Marketo, HubSpot, Salesforce)
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field
