- • Own the complete co-marketing lifecycle for JioHotstar’s B2B partners—telcos, OEMs, CTV manufacturers, and digital platforms—translating high-level business objectives into crisp, measurable GTM plans that move the needle on subscriber acquisition, ARPU, and partner revenue share.
- • Architect end-to-end campaigns from concept to post-mortem: define audience cohorts, craft positioning, set channel mix, allocate budgets, and lock success KPIs (CAC, LTV, uplift, churn) that ladder up to quarterly OKRs.
- • Build and maintain Excel-based ROI models, pivot tables, and automated dashboards that surface real-time campaign performance; slice data by partner, region, content genre, and funnel stage to extract insights that directly inform budget re-allocation and creative iteration.
- • Translate raw numbers into persuasive partner narratives—storytelling with data that convinces senior stakeholders to double-down on winning tactics and sunset under-performers.
- • Collaborate daily with Partner Managers to co-create quarterly joint-business plans, ensuring every campaign is rooted in mutual KPIs and contractual commitments.
- • Sync tightly with Product, Brand, Content, and Analytics teams to align messaging, creative assets, and product flows so that partner campaigns feel native to the JioHotstar experience and drive seamless user journeys.
- • Run always-on market and consumer-insight sprints—leveraging first-party viewership data, third-party research, and social listening—to identify emerging content affinities and engagement drivers that can be packaged into partner-specific value propositions.
- • Design scalable marketing templates, playbooks, and toolkits that regional teams can deploy without reinventing the wheel; ensure every asset carries consistent brand voice and legal compliance.
- • Establish a quarterly “Partner Wins” forum where you present campaign retrospectives, share best-practice blueprints, and spotlight revenue impact to foster a culture of continuous learning and replication across the org.
- • Act as the single-threaded owner for partner enablement: train partner marketing counterparts on JioHotstar’s product roadmap, promotional mechanics, and creative guidelines so joint campaigns launch faster and perform better.
- • Monitor competitive co-marketing moves in the OTT and telecom space, benchmarking our offers, incentives, and creatives to keep JioHotstar at the cutting edge of partner value creation.
- • Champion diversity and inclusion in every campaign—ensuring imagery, language, and targeting reflect India’s rich demographic tapestry and comply with Star India’s equal-opportunity standards.
- • Stay hands-on with AI-assisted analytics tools, validating model outputs and layering human judgment to ensure insights are both statistically robust and commercially actionable.
- • Report directly to the Director of Growth Marketing, with visibility to the CMO and cross-functional leadership, giving you a seat at the table where strategic decisions are made.
