  • • As a Manager, Partner Solutions Consultant at ServiceTitan, you will play a pivotal role in the strategic relaunch and scaling of our App Marketplace Program, a top company priority. This high-visibility position requires a visionary product leader to drive growth and expand our addressable market within the specialty trade services and construction industry.
  • • You will serve as the dedicated product manager for our partner applications, overseeing the entire product lifecycle from initial ideation and use-case identification through to go-to-market execution and ongoing program management.
  • • A core responsibility will be to build out potential product workflows in collaboration with our current and prospective app marketplace partners, ensuring seamless integration and value delivery.
  • • Your approach will be deeply customer-focused and data-driven. You will immerse yourself in understanding our customers' needs, meticulously collecting and analyzing data from both partners and internal customer teams to inform product strategy and development.
  • • You will be instrumental in launching impactful solutions that genuinely improve the lives of hard-working individuals in the trades, aligning with ServiceTitan's mission to make their work easier through technology.
  • • This role demands a well-rounded individual with strong strategic thinking, data analysis capabilities, and robust program management skills. Your background may draw from diverse experiences in areas such as Business Operations, Strategic Customer Success, Business Development, Sales Engineering, or Product Management.
  • • You will collaborate closely with leaders across ServiceTitan’s Product, Sales, Customer Success, and Support organizations. This collaboration is crucial for understanding and influencing ServiceTitan’s overall product roadmap and for shaping our partnership and integration strategy.
  • • A key aspect of your role will be to develop a profound understanding of customer needs, identify critical gaps in our core product functionality, and pinpoint the optimal set of integrations and accompanying enhancements to address these needs.
  • • You will have the opportunity to influence multiple product areas, working in tandem with R&D leaders across key ServiceTitan domains including CRM, Pricebook, Estimates, Purchasing, Inventory, Jobs & Project Management, Forms & Media, Accounting, and Reporting.
  • • Proactively communicate and effectively mitigate risks to both internal and external stakeholders, ensuring the highest possible number of successful customer outcomes and a smooth program rollout.
  • • You will contribute significantly to the product feedback loop by working closely with Integration Support teams to identify areas where API improvements or new features are most needed, thereby enhancing the partner experience.
  • • You will actively help shape and continuously refine the App Marketplace Program itself, optimizing for efficiency, growth, and commercial value across all stakeholders: customers, partners, and internal teams.
  • • Effectively communicate ServiceTitan’s product vision and strategy to external partners, both within and outside of our established App Marketplace program, fostering strong relationships and shared understanding.
  • • Nurture and strengthen strategic partnership relationships, leading to the successful creation, adoption, and expansion of new integrations that provide tangible value to our customers.
  • • Embrace agile development and design thinking methodologies to rapidly ship solutions that deliver real impact and high value, measuring success by our customers' success and our ability to meaningfully improve their lives.
  • • Drive the product lifecycle of a partnership or integration from inception to completion, including defining product gaps, managing workflow reviews, negotiating scope, launching, and enabling internal teams on the value proposition of partner solutions.
  • • Leverage new and existing partnerships to deliver innovative solutions that address complex customer challenges and unlock new opportunities for growth.
  • • Act as a key liaison, bridging product gaps where partner applications can provide elegant and effective solutions, thereby enhancing the overall ServiceTitan ecosystem.
