  • • Own and execute Airwallex’s global paid search (SEM) strategy to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth across multiple markets.
  • • Plan, launch, and optimize paid search campaigns on Google Ads, Bing, and other major SEM platforms with a focus on efficiency and ROI.
  • • Design and conduct A/B tests on ad copy, landing pages, and bidding strategies to continuously improve campaign performance.
  • • Analyze campaign data to extract actionable insights, identify trends, and recommend optimizations to senior leadership.
  • • Collaborate with product marketing, analytics, and regional marketing teams to localize campaigns and align messaging with regional priorities.
  • • Manage global SEM budgets, forecast spend, and ensure optimal allocation of resources across geographies and channels.
  • • Stay current with industry developments, platform updates, and emerging SEM technologies to maintain a competitive advantage.
  • • Partner with external agencies and vendors to scale campaign execution and introduce innovative performance marketing solutions.
  • • Translate business goals into data-driven paid search strategies that align with Airwallex’s global financial platform objectives.
  • • Deliver clear, concise performance reports to stakeholders, highlighting key metrics, learnings, and growth opportunities.
  • • Work cross-functionally in a fast-paced, global environment to ensure seamless integration of paid search efforts with broader marketing and sales initiatives.
  • • Leverage data to make rapid, informed decisions while balancing speed and rigor in a high-visibility role.
  • • Apply first-principles thinking to solve complex performance marketing challenges and turn ideas into scalable, measurable outcomes.

  • • Maintain strict adherence to budget constraints while maximizing customer acquisition and conversion rates across diverse markets.
  • • Ensure all campaigns comply with regional advertising regulations and financial industry standards.
  • • Drive innovation in SEM by testing new formats, audiences, and targeting approaches to expand Airwallex’s global reach.
  • • Act as the primary owner of paid search performance metrics, accountable for meeting and exceeding KPIs tied to revenue and customer growth.

🎯 Requirements

  • • 5+ years of hands-on Paid Search marketing experience with a proven track record of running and optimizing global paid search campaigns
  • • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
  • • Deep expertise in Google Ads, Bing Ads, and other major SEM platforms
  • • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and make data-driven decisions
  • • Experience managing SEM budgets and delivering measurable ROI
  • • Excellent project management and communication skills; able to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced, global environment
