  • • As Manager of the Implementation team at SmithRx Inc., you will lead a high-caliber team of implementation professionals responsible for the end-to-end onboarding of customers to SmithRx’s next-generation pharmacy benefit management platform, ensuring successful, timely, and budget-conscious deployments that drive client satisfaction and long-term value.
  • • Day to day, you will provide people management and strategic leadership to your team, oversee multiple implementation projects, lead the most complex client and channel partner implementations, ensure on-time and on-budget delivery, develop and implement onboarding policies and training, coach direct reports, manage cross-functional issue resolution for client escalations, support sales in finalist meetings, and maintain deep understanding of client business challenges — with up to 10% travel required.
