- • Lead and coach a team of Player Development Executives and VIP Hosts to deliver premium service to VIP customers and drive net revenue growth through proactive sales strategies.
- • Drive key VIP sales metrics focused on customer engagement, market share expansion, and revenue optimization while maintaining strong relationships with existing high-value clients.
- • Collaborate with Analytics teams to monitor and evaluate reinvestment programs, including promotions and reward incentives, by reviewing reports and transaction data to ensure effectiveness and compliance.
- • Contribute to the design and implementation of operational processes and compliance initiatives that enhance service quality, team efficiency, and regulatory adherence.
- • Assist VIP leadership in developing, refining, and delivering sales training programs to standardize best practices and improve team performance across customer interactions.
- • Manage team performance through consistent coaching, actionable feedback, and a solutions-oriented leadership approach to foster a high-performing, motivated team culture.
- • Participate in client escalation processes by working directly with VIP customers and cross-functional departments to resolve complex issues and ensure satisfaction.
- • Apply deep knowledge of DraftKings’ product line to identify opportunities for improving operational efficiency, increasing customer retention, and boosting revenue streams.
- • Ensure all team activities align with regulatory standards and company policies, supporting adherence to gaming industry compliance requirements.
- • Act as a strategic partner in shaping the future of VIP customer experience by integrating innovative sales tactics and data-driven insights into daily operations.
- • Promote a culture of accountability, excellence, and continuous improvement within the Player Development team to elevate the overall VIP service standard.
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree in a related field with at least 5 years of experience in the Gaming, Hospitality, Sales, or Marketing industry
- • At least 3 years of experience managing a sales team through effective communication, coaching, and performance management
- • Strong understanding of the product line with ability to identify and implement strategies that improve operational efficiency and revenues
- • Experience coaching a team to deliver quality customer experience and consistent sales techniques
- • Must be able to obtain and maintain required State Gaming Licenses
