  • • Engage in and document portfolio audits to bolster and promote continuous process improvement, reinforce governance structures, and ensure accountability across all projects.
  • • Offer high-level customer relationship and project escalation support for technical projects managed by your team. Ensure that the 'definition-of-done' is clearly articulated and that project requirements are met throughout the delivery lifecycle.

  • • Drive the adoption and adherence to best practices in project management, risk management, and stakeholder communication, ensuring a consistent and high-quality delivery experience for all clients.
  • • Act as a key point of contact for complex project challenges, providing strategic guidance and support to the project management team to navigate and resolve issues effectively.
  • • Contribute to the continuous improvement of the PMO function by identifying opportunities for process optimization, tool enhancement, and knowledge sharing within the team and the broader Professional Services organization.
  • • Foster a culture of accountability, transparency, and continuous learning, empowering your team to take ownership of their projects and deliver outstanding results.
