• • We are seeking a visionary and execution-oriented Manager, Product to spearhead our product organization. This pivotal leadership role reports directly to the VP of Product Delivery and is responsible for shaping the overarching product strategy while managing a high-performing Product team. You will be instrumental in bridging the gap between high-level business objectives and their successful technical execution. This role demands a leader who can navigate and oversee a complex ecosystem encompassing secure data exchange, sophisticated API integrations, and the strategic deployment of AI-driven features. The ideal candidate is a true "player-coach," adept at mentoring a diverse team while maintaining the technical acumen necessary to collaborate effectively with Engineering and expertly navigate stringent compliance landscapes.
• • As a Product Leader, you will be instrumental in defining and articulating the long-term product vision and roadmap, working in close partnership with the VP of Product Delivery. Your leadership will extend to mentoring, developing, and scaling a cross-functional team comprising Product Managers and Data Scientists, cultivating an environment that champions excellence, fosters curiosity, and instills a strong sense of accountability. You will meticulously oversee the entire product lifecycle, from initial discovery through to successful launch, ensuring that every feature developed aligns seamlessly with Kodex’s core mission of facilitating secure and compliant data exchange.
• • A key aspect of this role involves establishing and rigorously tracking key product metrics (KPIs) to accurately measure the success of implemented features and to provide data-driven insights for future strategic investments. You will collaborate closely with our Data Science team, leveraging advanced machine learning and analytics to transform raw data into actionable product insights and to develop automated workflows that enhance efficiency and effectiveness. This role demands the implementation of a rigorous, evidence-based approach to product prioritization and resource allocation, ensuring that our efforts are focused on the highest impact initiatives.
• • You will drive a strong, collaborative partnership with the Engineering department to ensure high-velocity delivery of product enhancements and new features, without ever compromising on security or architectural integrity. A significant responsibility will be overseeing the development of robust APIs and innovative AI-enhanced features, ensuring they precisely meet the evolving needs of both our enterprise clients and government agency partners. Furthermore, you will be tasked with navigating complex compliance and regulatory frameworks, such as GDPR, ECPA, SOC2, and CJIS, to guarantee that all product designs are inherently "secure by default."
• • Effective cross-functional collaboration is paramount. You will serve as a critical liaison between the Product, Engineering, Sales, and Legal departments, ensuring seamless go-to-market alignment and a unified approach to product development and deployment. You will also represent the product organization in high-stakes strategic conversations with external stakeholders, including key enterprise partners and regulatory bodies, acting as a trusted advisor and advocate for Kodex’s product vision.
