- • As the Manager of Product Partnerships, you will be instrumental in relaunching and scaling ServiceTitan's App Marketplace Program, a critical initiative for accelerating growth and enhancing customer value.
- • You will be responsible for the end-to-end partnership lifecycle, from sourcing and evaluating potential partners to negotiating and signing agreements that align with ServiceTitan's strategic objectives.
- • This role demands a strategic mindset, focusing on integrated partnerships that either open new markets or strengthen our presence in existing ServiceTitan segments.
- • You will play a pivotal role in developing and executing a comprehensive go-to-market strategy for the App Marketplace, ensuring its successful adoption and impact.
- • Collaboration is key; you will work closely with leaders across Product Management, Sales, Customer Success, and Support to ensure seamless integration and maximum impact of our partnerships.
- • The position requires a blend of strong analytical and negotiation skills, enabling you to build complex go-to-market rollout models, present compelling business cases to executive leadership, and skillfully negotiate commercial terms with prospective partners.
- • You will be expected to develop a deep understanding of our customers' needs, identify critical gaps in our core product functionality, and strategically select integrations that enhance our offerings.
- • A significant part of your role will involve shaping and continuously refining the App Marketplace program, optimizing it for efficiency, growth, and commercial value for all stakeholders – customers, partners, and internal teams.
- • You will be a key communicator, effectively articulating ServiceTitan's product vision and the value proposition of our App Marketplace to both existing and potential partners.
- • As the program scales, you will contribute to building the team and supporting partner programs to meet the expanding needs of ServiceTitan's strategic goals.
- • You will actively manage ServiceTitan's partner integrations ecosystem, working collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders to ensure that partnership goals and performance metrics are met, ultimately delivering measurable positive impact for our customers, ServiceTitan, and our partners.
- • Close collaboration with the Go-To-Market (GTM) and Product Solutions teams within the ServiceTitan App Marketplace will be essential to ensure smooth handoffs and successful launches for all new partners onboarded into the ecosystem.
- • This role offers a unique opportunity to drive significant business outcomes by identifying and securing strategic partnerships that complement ServiceTitan's existing product suite and contribute to a broader, cohesive product strategy.
- • You will leverage both quantitative and qualitative analyses to build robust business cases, evaluate various financial models for partnership monetization, and identify key revenue and efficiency opportunities to prioritize your efforts.
