- • As a Manager, Product Strategy at Airwallex, you will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between customers, commercial, and product teams to shape the direction of Airwallex’s product strategy and proposition, directly contributing to scalable, market-leading solutions for global businesses.
- • Day to day, you will develop deep customer insights through interviews and data analysis, collaborate with product and partnership teams to translate needs into strategy, drive product launches with cross-functional teams, lead strategic 'big product bets' using first principles thinking, embed best practices across teams, and communicate recommendations to senior leadership including the CEO and VP of Global Product.
- • You will join a passionate, fast-moving Product Strategy team within Airwallex, a global fintech leader valued at $8B with over 2,200 innovators across 26 offices, dedicated to building the future of global payments and financial infrastructure for businesses worldwide.
- • In this role, you will sharpen your strategic thinking, deepen your expertise in product-led growth and cross-functional leadership, and have the opportunity to own high-impact initiatives from zero to one, accelerating your career while solving complex, visibility-driven problems at scale.
🎯 Requirements
- • 8+ years of experience in top-tier strategy consulting or product strategy at a fast-growing tech company
- • Proven ability to collaborate across teams including sales, operations, design, marketing, product, and data analytics
- • Strong written and verbal communication skills to articulate complex concepts clearly
- • Strong analytical and first principles-based problem-solving abilities
- • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with demonstrated academic achievement
- • Experience in technology, financial services, or high-growth environments is preferred
