- • Lead and develop a team of Professional Services Consultants focused on onboarding, implementation, and solution delivery for mid-market to enterprise clients, ensuring high performance and accountability through clear KPIs and coaching frameworks.
- • Oversee the full lifecycle of complex client engagements—from scoping and planning to execution and value realization—ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and with exceptional quality while driving client satisfaction and expansion.
- • Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Success, Solutions, and Product teams to align on client needs, surface feedback, and inform product and services strategy for seamless delivery and adoption.
- • Build expertise in ClickUp’s AI-powered workspace to guide clients in configuring intelligent, agentic workflows that maximize productivity and long-term value.
- • Thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment by proactively managing risks, resolving escalations, and using data to prioritize engagements at scale.
🎯 Requirements
- • 5+ years of experience in Professional Services, Consulting, or Project Management, with at least 2 years managing high-performing delivery teams.
- • Proven track record delivering complex SaaS or technology projects for mid-market to enterprise clients.
- • Deep understanding of agentic workflows and AI agent prompting, with experience designing or guiding implementation of intelligent, task-oriented systems.
- • Exceptional prioritization, ownership mindset, and execution ability in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
- • Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills with ability to operate at scale and be data-driven.
