- • Lead and evolve the quality engineering function at Tealium, building and scaling a high-performing QA organization to ensure reliable, high-quality products at speed.
- • Mentor and grow a team of QA engineers, fostering a culture of high standards, accountability, and continuous improvement while defining and executing a modern quality strategy emphasizing automation, observability, and reliability.
- • Partner closely with Engineering, Product, and DevOps teams to embed quality throughout the software development lifecycle, driving automation-first practices and shift-left testing across web, backend, and API systems.
- • Drive AI-driven approaches into testing and quality analysis, establishing data-driven quality metrics and improving test environments, test data management, and testing infrastructure scalability.
- • Proactively identify quality risks and usability gaps, advocating for the customer while balancing delivery velocity, and continuously modernize tools, frameworks, and workflows to retire low-value practices.
- • Contribute to Tealium’s mission as a leader in real-time Customer Data Platforms (CDP), enabling enterprise AI strategies by providing clean, consented, and actionable data to over 800 global brands.

🎯 Requirements
- • 7+ years of experience in software quality, with 2+ years in a leadership or management role.
- • Proven experience building or transforming QA and automation teams in a modern SaaS environment.
- • Strong understanding of automation-first testing strategies, modern testing frameworks, and CI/CD pipelines.
- • Hands-on experience with AI-assisted testing, intelligent automation, or applying AI/ML tools to improve test coverage, defect detection, or quality analysis.
- • Familiarity with Agile and DevOps practices, including shift-left testing and shared quality ownership.
- • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence without relying on authority.
