📋 Description

• • As a Manager, Red Team Services at CrowdStrike, you will lead a team of cybersecurity experts in simulating real-world threat actors to help organizations strengthen their defenses against breaches. This role is critical in advancing CrowdStrike’s mission to stop breaches through proactive, adversary-based security testing.
• • You will lead the design, execution, and delivery of red team engagements, oversee daily team operations, act as the primary liaison for internal and external stakeholders, and remain hands-on in technical assessments while mentoring junior team members.
• • You will work within CrowdStrike’s Services organization, a global leader in cybersecurity known for its AI-native platform and mission-driven culture that values innovation, customer impact, and employee autonomy.
• • In this role, you will develop leadership and technical expertise in advanced adversary emulation, regulatory compliance testing (e.g., TIBER, DORA), and cross-functional collaboration with sales, engineering, and executive teams, positioning you as a trusted authority in offensive security.
