- • As Manager, Revenue Operations at Leap Tools Inc., you will serve as a key strategic advisor to the revenue team, driving operational excellence across sales, marketing, and customer success functions to maximize efficiency and effectiveness in a high-growth, remote-first environment.
- • You will manage end-to-end revenue operations processes, maintain Salesforce data integrity, drive performance improvements across revenue platforms, collaborate with engineering to build scalable data models, and directly lead the Sales Ops Administrator and future RevOps team members while owning the full tech stack including Salesforce, Catalyst, Gong, Mixmax, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Dialpad.
- • Leap Tools is a fast-growing, Deloitte-recognized tech company building advanced interior décor visualization technology used by Fortune 500 clients like Home Depot and local retailers across 80+ countries, with a remote-first culture that values curiosity, ownership, urgency, and work-life flexibility.
- • In this role, you will develop deep expertise in revenue operations strategy, gain leadership experience managing a growing team, master advanced CRM and analytics tools, and directly impact scalable processes that support the company’s mission to become an iconic global tech leader.
🎯 Requirements
- • 3+ years of technical experience in Sales Operations in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
- • 5+ years admin experience with Salesforce and/or Hubspot
- • Exceptional ability to manage internal client relationships, leveraging strong consultative skills
- • Advanced level in Excel (models, analytics, pivot tables, advanced functions, charts, graphs, etc.)
- • Experience working directly with sales and client success management teams
- • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and pay close attention to detail while adhering to strict deadlines
