- • The Revenue Operations Manager is an integral part of the GTM Strategy & Operations team, contributing to the development of special initiatives across ServiceTitan’s business segments and driving highly visible, critical strategic initiatives across the customer lifecycle.
- • Day to day, the role involves ideating and leading deep dives and analysis on high-priority strategic topics, owning high-impact initiatives from opportunity identification through execution and iteration, driving day-to-day operations and program management, partnering cross-functionally with Product, Demand Generation, Sales, Post-Sales, and Finance, supporting priorities and resource planning for the Pro Max program, and presenting insights and recommendations to senior leaders to drive decision making.
- • The team operates within ServiceTitan’s GTM Strategy & Operations function, collaborating closely with senior stakeholders across multiple departments to ensure strategic initiatives are executed effectively and aligned with business goals.
- • In this role, the individual will develop expertise in strategic initiative ownership, cross-functional leadership, data-driven decision making, and operational execution in a high-growth SaaS environment, while building skills in analytics, project management, and stakeholder communication at scale.
🎯 Requirements
- • 5+ years of work experience in a combination of high growth tech companies and/or management consulting
- • Functional experience in operations/business operations, strategy and/or growth within the SaaS space is preferred
- • Experience conducting quantitative and qualitative analyses (e.g. customer research, data analysis, customer segmentation strategies, competitive assessments, etc.)
- • Ability to effectively manage multiple businesses across a variety of platforms and data sets
- • Ownership over measuring weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance and forecasting to understand customer satisfaction, engagement, challenges, and opportunities
- • Demonstrated excellence in cross-functional communication, with the ability to simplify and explain complex problems to stakeholders of all levels
