- • The Manager, Revenue Operations role at Procurify Technologies Inc. is critical to driving scalable, data-driven go-to-market processes that align Sales and Customer Success functions to optimize pipeline performance, sales efficiency, and customer lifecycle outcomes.
- • Day to day, the role involves maintaining pipeline hygiene in Salesforce, supporting forecasting accuracy, analyzing sales and customer data, building dashboards, improving post-sale processes like onboarding and renewal, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance operational efficiency.
- • Procurify is a remote-first, AI-enhanced procurement and AP automation platform serving mid-market companies globally, managing over $30B in spend and backed by $50M in Series C funding, with a mission to modernize business spend management.
- • In this role, you will develop expertise in revenue operations systems, gain hands-on experience with AI and automation tools in CRM and analytics platforms, and contribute to process improvements that directly impact revenue predictability and customer retention while growing your influence as a trusted operational partner across GTM teams.
🎯 Requirements
- • 3–5 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Customer Success Operations, or related roles in a B2B SaaS or high-growth technology environment
- • Hands-on experience supporting sales teams and/or customer success teams, including pipeline management and post-sale processes
- • Experience working with core tools, including Salesforce CRM, Gong, and Vitally
- • Experience working with pipeline data, forecasting support, and customer lifecycle reporting
- • Exposure to automation or AI-enabled tools in revenue workflows or analysis
- • Strong experience in Salesforce CRM administration and pipeline management
- • Experience analyzing pipeline and customer data and building reports (e.g., using SQL in Metabase or similar BI tools)

- • Base Salary Range: $86,000–$108,000 (dependent on experience, exclusive of bonus, commission, benefits, or equity)
