- • As a Manager, Sales Development at Zscaler, you will lead and develop Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) into high-performing, sales-ready talent, directly contributing to pipeline creation and revenue growth in a fast-paced, AI-forward cybersecurity environment.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities include coaching and mentoring SDRs, monitoring performance dashboards, defining data-driven metrics for outbound activity, and fostering collaboration between SDR, Marketing, and Sales teams to ensure alignment and continuous improvement.
