- • As Manager, Sales Development Representatives at Engine Group Holdings, Inc., you will lead and scale a high-performing SDR team to drive pipeline growth for a fast-growing travel and fintech platform transforming corporate travel and spend management.
- • Day to day, you will recruit, coach, and mentor SDRs; set and track performance metrics; optimize outbound sales processes; collaborate with marketing and sales leadership; and ensure consistent execution of lead generation strategies to fuel revenue growth.
