- • Lead and mentor a team of Salesforce developers, providing guidance on technical execution, career growth, and performance feedback to foster a high-performing, collaborative environment.
- • Partner directly with cross-functional stakeholders in marketing, sales, customer support, customer success, finance, and operations to understand business needs and translate them into scalable Salesforce solutions.
- • Own the end-to-end delivery of Salesforce development projects, ensuring timely, high-quality releases that align with business objectives and improve operational efficiency.
- • Establish and enforce Salesforce development best practices, including code standards, testing protocols, deployment pipelines, and documentation to enhance system reliability and maintainability.
- • Act as a technical authority on the Salesforce platform, evaluating new features, integrations, and third-party apps to optimize the ecosystem and drive innovation.
- • Collaborate with IT and security teams to ensure Salesforce solutions comply with company policies, data governance standards, and regulatory requirements.
- • Identify process inefficiencies and system bottlenecks across business units, proposing and implementing automation and configuration improvements that reduce manual work and enhance user experience.
- • Balance strategic technical planning with day-to-day execution, prioritizing initiatives based on business impact, resource availability, and technical debt reduction.
- • Facilitate regular communication between development team members and non-technical stakeholders to ensure alignment, manage expectations, and communicate progress transparently.
- • Contribute to the continuous improvement of the Business Solutions Team’s workflows, tools, and methodologies to support a culture of learning, accountability, and excellence.
- • Stay current with Salesforce platform updates, industry trends, and emerging technologies to recommend enhancements that future-proof the company’s CRM infrastructure.
- • Support the recruitment, onboarding, and retention of Salesforce talent by participating in hiring decisions and creating development paths for team members.
- • Serve as the primary point of contact for Salesforce-related escalations, troubleshooting complex issues, and coordinating resolution across teams.
- • Promote a culture of ownership and continuous improvement within the development team, encouraging experimentation, knowledge sharing, and peer feedback.
- • Ensure all Salesforce solutions are designed with scalability, security, and user adoption in mind, balancing functionality with system performance and long-term sustainability.
🎯 Requirements
- • Proven experience managing a team of Salesforce developers or administrators
- • Deep technical expertise in Salesforce platform development (Apex, Lightning, Flow, SOQL, SOSL, integrations)
- • Demonstrated ability to lead end-to-end Salesforce implementation projects
