📋 Description

• Lead the end-to-end analysis, design, implementation, and ongoing support of SAP Treasury solutions within a global enterprise environment.
• Conduct workshops, interviews, and surveys to gather business requirements related to cash management, payments, debt, and risk.
• Document business processes and workflows using use cases, process maps, and user stories to ensure clarity and alignment across teams.
• Perform gap analyses between current and target treasury processes, recommending system and operational improvements.
• Analyze treasury data flows to identify automation opportunities and enhance operational efficiency.
• Configure, implement, and support SAP Treasury modules including Cash Management, In-House Banking (POBO & ROBO), and Treasury and Risk Management.
• Provide expert guidance on SAP Treasury best practices and ensure compliance with regulatory and industry standards.
• Create detailed functional specifications, design documents, and test plans for treasury system enhancements and implementations.
• Drive treasury-related projects including new implementations, system upgrades, and process enhancements from initiation to delivery.
• Collaborate with IT, finance, accounting, and global business units to align objectives and ensure successful project outcomes.
• Report on project progress, risks, and mitigation strategies to senior stakeholders and leadership.
• Oversee all phases of testing including unit, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT) for SAP Treasury systems.
• Provide day-to-day support and resolve system issues for SAP Treasury modules to minimize operational disruption.
• Deliver training sessions and develop comprehensive user documentation for treasury system end-users.
• Ensure treasury operations adhere to internal controls, compliance policies, and external regulatory requirements.
• Identify and implement process enhancements and system optimizations to improve treasury efficiency and reduce manual effort.
• Promote and adopt best practices and innovations in SAP Treasury functionality across global teams.
• Work within a global organizational structure, supporting international treasury operations and cross-border financial processes.
• Apply Agile methodologies and DevOps principles where applicable to streamline delivery and improve system responsiveness.
• Leverage familiarity with SAP Finance & Controlling (FICO) to enhance integration between treasury and broader financial systems.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in SAP Treasury, financial systems, or business analysis roles
• Proven expertise in SAP Treasury modules including Cash Management, In-House Cash, and Treasury and Risk Management
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to work with complex financial data and processes
• Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into functional specifications
• Demonstrated success managing cross-functional treasury projects
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder collaboration
