- • Manage strategic partnerships and relationships with major credit bureaus in North America to maximize revenue potential from score distribution and data provision agreements.
- • Generate and distribute standardized notifications, pricing letters, and official correspondence in strict compliance with contractual and legal requirements.
- • Collaborate with legal teams to facilitate review, approval, and compliance of routine correspondence and partnership documentation.
- • Serve as a key liaison in internal and external meetings, preparing content, agendas, and meeting records for stakeholders across Sales, Product, and Score Operations teams.
- • Maintain and update detailed task lists and activity logs for time-sensitive partnership activities, providing regular progress reports to management.
- • Organize, archive, and manage all contract-related documentation and files to ensure accessibility, accuracy, and audit readiness.
- • Monitor legal request logs and ensure timely completion of compliance-related actions with appropriate follow-up and documentation.
- • Prepare and deliver management reports and presentations with high accuracy, professional formatting, and clear data visualization for executive review.
- • Coordinate operational activities with credit bureaus to ensure high levels of service and satisfaction for mutual clients.
- • Act as the primary point of contact for both internal teams and external credit bureau partners, navigating complex requests and cross-functional priorities.
- • Support pricing negotiation processes and contract administration activities tied to bureau partnerships.
- • Ensure all partnership activities align with FICO’s core values: Act Like an Owner, Delight Our Customers, and Earn the Respect of Others.
🎯 Requirements
- • Proven experience managing multiple B2B client/business/vendor relationships with enterprise partners and driving mutual business outcomes.
- • Prior experience working with credit data and banking/credit bureau partners (Highly Preferred).
- • Demonstrated ability to act as a primary point of contact for key internal/external stakeholders and leaders, navigating a variety of requests and considerations.
- • Prior experience with contract administration, legal review, compliance, and pricing negotiation.
- • Proven strength in problem solving and navigating ambiguous and/or complex situations in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- • Excellent organizational skills and high level of attention to detail.
- • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams for multiple project efforts.
- • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Legal Studies, or a related field (equivalent professional experience can be considered in lieu of a degree).

- • The targeted base pay range for this role is $98,000 to $154,000, reflecting differences in candidate knowledge, skills, and experience.
