📋 Description

• • The Manager, Service Insights and Analytics will lead a team of Insight and Reporting Analysts to transform data into actionable insights that drive business strategy, operational efficiency, and talent needs across Velera, a leading payments credit union service organization serving over 4,000 financial institutions in North America.
• • Day to day, the role involves collaborating with Risk Org leaders to identify business priorities, designing and implementing analytic strategies, building innovative reporting portals, establishing data warehousing processes, leading master data management, and providing thought leadership on data-driven insights while mentoring and developing staff through hiring, coaching, performance management, and training.
