- • The Manager Site Contracts role is critical to Regeneron’s clinical trial operations, ensuring accurate, compliant, and timely site contracting processes that support study initiation and execution across therapeutic areas.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include providing subject matter expertise for assigned therapeutic areas, managing site contracting escalations with CROs and investigator sites, updating internal systems, leading process improvements, mentoring peers, and serving as the single point of contact for internal clients, CROs, and sites throughout the contracting lifecycle.
- • The role operates within Regeneron’s clinical operations and legal partnerships, collaborating closely with study teams, Law Department, and internal stakeholders to enhance contracting practices and ensure alignment with business objectives and regulatory standards.
- • The individual will develop deep expertise in clinical site contracting, lead cross-functional initiatives, mentor junior staff, influence process standardization, and contribute to Regeneron’s mission of delivering innovative medicines through efficient and compliant trial execution.
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree required
- • Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in clinical site contracting at a biopharmaceutical company or CRO
- • Advanced degree such as a J.D. (Juris Doctorate) is highly preferred
- • Strong knowledge of site contracting practices and ability to mitigate CRO and investigator site contracting challenges
- • Ability to influence vendors and internal stakeholders, and comfort participating on cross-functional teams
