- • Manager, Site Contracts Management role at Precision Medicine Group ensures efficient site contract delivery by aligning processes with study timelines and supporting negotiations with key clients.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include reviewing and establishing site contract processes, line managing a team of contract and budget associates, allocating resources, forecasting workload, managing contract metrics, and overseeing agreement execution and file maintenance.
- • The role operates within the Study Start Up (SSU) Leadership team, collaborating closely with Clinical Operations, legal, HR, finance, and sponsors to support strategic initiatives like Oncology Site Network and Rapid Start-up.
- • The position offers opportunities to develop expertise in clinical trial contracting, lead process improvements, represent the organization as a Subject Matter Expert, and grow leadership skills in a remote, cross-functional environment.
🎯 Requirements
- • 4-year college degree or equivalent experience ideally in a scientific or healthcare discipline
- • Experience in Site Contracts departments in Clinical Research Organizations (CRO)
- • Experience dealing with large healthcare institutions in North America for performance/negotiations of clinical trials agreements
- • Experience in people management remotely
- • 5+ years of relevant experience in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating Clinical Trial Agreements and site budgets, plus management and tracking of contract processes at project and portfolio levels
- • Proficiency in MS Office and site budget planning tools
