• • Own the heartbeat of Star Maa’s social universe: You will run the end-to-end social presence for Star Maa on JioHotstar Telugu across Instagram, Facebook, X (Twitter), YouTube, WhatsApp and emerging platforms. From daily calendar planning to live-tweet storms during finales, you are the single point of truth for what 15 million+ Telugu-speaking fans see, feel and share.
• • Architect scroll-stopping content calendars: Translate programming priorities into 365-day editorial road-maps that balance tent-pole premieres, evergreen IP, celebrity milestones and real-time trends. You will write punchy Telugu copy, brief designers & video editors, and ensure every asset is on-brand, on-tone and optimized for each platform’s algorithm.
• • Build and scale a Telugu micro-creator army: Scout, negotiate and nurture relationships with 200+ meme pages, nano & micro influencers across comedy, cinema, food, fashion and tech niches. You will draft briefs, manage contracts, ensure ASCI compliance and track ROI so that every ₹ spent turns into measurable buzz, reach and tune-in.
• • Turn data into blockbuster insights: Partner with the Insights lead to design always-on dashboards that track reach, frequency, VTR, CPV, CPM, CPC, CPA and ROAS. You will A/B test thumbnails, hooks and CTAs, then translate findings into weekly experiment sprints that continuously lift engagement and reduce cost per view.
• • React in real time to culture: Monitor Telugu Twitter trends, meme templates, festival chatter and political banter 24/7. When a character’s dialogue becomes a meme overnight, you will spin up reactive creatives within hours, coordinate with Programming & PR for live UGC drives, and have a crisis playbook ready if sentiment flips.
• • Orchestrate seamless campaign launches: For every new fiction launch, reality finale or movie premiere, you will quarterback cross-functional squads—creative, media, PR, on-ground activation—to deliver one unified story across TV promos, influencer reels, meme drops and WhatsApp stickers. You will own timelines, budgets and post-mortems.
• • Champion platform hygiene & community love: Reply to superfans in Telugu, pin their artwork, run watch-party threads and surprise them with exclusive BTS drops. You will set SLAs for response times, moderate hate speech and escalate issues before they trend for the wrong reasons.
• • Evangelize Telugu pop culture inside JioStar: Bring the voice of the Telugu audience into boardrooms. Present weekly culture pulse reports, pitch bold ideas like NFT fan art drops or AR filters that let users dance with their favorite serial lead, and secure buy-in from senior leadership.
