📋 Description
- • Lead and grow a mission-focused team of software engineers to deliver market-leading solutions that improve the lives of Henry Schein One users and their patients.
- • Recruit, retain, and develop engineers by inspiring, motivating, and coaching team members to build a culture of high performance, trust, and continuous growth.
- • Oversee team leaders and support them in achieving their missions and delivery commitments while enabling continuous delivery at scale by removing workflow roadblocks and improving processes.
- • Collaborate with senior leaders on vision and strategy, aligning team work with company goals, and partner closely with Product leadership to influence and deliver on strategic commitments.
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science preferred
- • 7+ years of progressive software development experience
- • 1–2 years leading high-performing teams in remote/hybrid environments
- • Technical depth with the ability to contribute hands-on alongside the team
- • Proven technical expertise with modern development practices; able to contribute code and architecture guidance
- • Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to influence across disciplines and senior leadership
