📋 Description

• As Manager, Solutions Architecture at MongoDB, you will lead a high-performing Pre-Sales Solutions Architecture team, driving revenue growth by enabling customers to build innovative solutions using MongoDB’s platform. This role is critical to aligning technical expertise with sales strategy to win enterprise deals across the region.
• Day to day, you will recruit, retain, and develop top pre-sales talent across multiple countries; partner closely with sales teams to define and execute sales initiatives; coach the team to exceed bookings objectives; collaborate with Professional Services and Marketing on customer events; and act as a trusted advisor to customers, translating business needs into technical solutions.
• You will join a global team of top-tier software architects, entrepreneurs, and developers at MongoDB, a leader in modern database technology, where your leadership will directly impact customer success and market expansion in the enterprise segment across Southeast Asia.
• In this role, you will develop advanced leadership and strategic account management skills, deepen your expertise in enterprise sales motions and cloud-native database technologies, and have the opportunity to shape MongoDB’s pre-sales strategy while contributing to the company’s mission of empowering innovation at the speed of the market.

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of pre-sales experience with strong commercial skills
• 3+ years of management experience, ideally in pre-sales or distributed team management
• Results-oriented mindset with a track record of overachievement (e.g., Circle of Excellence, Leader of the Year)
• Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
• Ability to travel up to 30%
